Complaints
For any claim or disagreement regarding our products and services, we would be grateful to receive them by e-mail to l.cl.santiago.reclamos@rabobank.com, indicating your company’s name and ID number, contact person, claimant's address, contact telephone number and a detailed description and background of your complaint.
Before 2 business days from the date in which your claim is submitted, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the claim, which will be answered within a maximum of 15 business days. If more time is needed to respond, you will be notified regarding the extension of the foregoing term.
Whistleblowing
Rabofinance Chile, according to the policies of Rabobank Group, provides secure and confidential channels to report any conduct that may compromise integrity or breach laws and internal policies. These channels ensure whistleblowers are protected against retaliation. Reports can be submitted via email to whistleblowing@rabobank.nl or through the portal https://rabobank.speakup.report/speakup.
